What To Bring

Identification & Release Forms

A passport is required for all travelers to Mexico. Any minors not accompanied by both parents need an affidavit by both legal guardians authorizing them to travel abroad.  Americans and Canadians are not required to apply for a visa for short-term trips to Mexico.
A Liability Release Form is required by La Fuente Riviera for all individuals traveling to Mexico to work with their organization. Liability Release Forms are available by request via email at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. .

Emergency Medical Release Forms are recommended for all unaccompanied minors. In an emergency medical situation, decisions must be made quickly. Contacting guardians at home can be difficult and potentially harmful to the patient.
