John & Moorea Holmes

John Mark and Moorea Holmes are full-time, self-supported missionaries who have been with La Fuente since July 2011. They come from Yuba City in Northern California. Both sides of their family have served as missionaries, and John Mark and Moorea are happy to be following their parents’ example.

John Mark is a general contractor by trade and works around La Fuente Riviera doing electrical work, maintenance, and other construction related projects. He is affectionately known around La Fuente as MacGyver. He also volunteers as a sound technician and website designer.

Moorea takes care of much of the churches graphic design work, making flyers and announcement slides for various events. She oversees the 9-14 year old Sunday school class for the English service and the San Ignacio Mission kids program.

Both are excited for the opportunity to partner with La Fuente Riviera in the amazing work they are doing in the Riviera Nayarit area.
